Loneliness

Loneliness

I have a family, children, a job, and travel, but despite all this, the theme of loneliness resonated with me on a subconscious level, somewhere deep within, and it resonated in my work.

When making important decisions, a person is left alone with themselves; they are lonely. For this work, I photographed my self-portraits, where I explored the feeling of loneliness metaphorically.

Capturing various states of nature emphasizes the anxiety of the moment. My loneliness is an attempt to explore old wounds to convey moments of difficult decision-making.

Loneliness can take many forms: sometimes it brings joy and peace, while other times it becomes an unbearable burden that presses down and prevents one from breathing deeply.
