Marina Savchits (b. 1966) is an artist working with conceptual, documentary, and pseudo-documentary photography, as well as family photo archives. Her projects explore the illusion of reality and the impact of the geographical environment. She also focuses on the human condition in the context of psychological trauma. She graduated from the Moscow State Geological Prospecting Institute (MGRI) with a degree in hydrogeology and engineering geology. In 2017, she completed the online training "Creative Photography and Art Photography" with Yuriy Pritisk. From 2017 to 2018, she studied in Valery Nistratov's original courses. In 2019, she participated in Nikita Pirogov's online training "Art Photography Today." In 2025, she studied at the school of Elena Sukhoveeva and Viktor Khmel, and at Natalia Ershova's photography school. Her works were exhibited at the Central House of Artists and the House of Actors in Moscow, and participated in the Cityscapes exhibition at the Blank Wall Gallery in Athens, Greece.
